Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase. Each piece is carefully inspected and packed with attention to detail before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of jewellery and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or styling expectations.
However, we do offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged
- The item received is incorrect
Reporting an issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at customercare@karajewellery.in
- Your order number
- Clear unboxing video without any edits and photographs of the product and packaging
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to the original payment method
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper storage are not eligible
- Minor variations in colour or finish due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
Refunds Timeline
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
